The Keweenaw Star Cruises in Marquette

The Keweenaw Star is a 110-foot, 149-passenger tour boat normally operating from the Portage Canal at Houghton, Michigan. She conducts very popular cruise of the Portage Canal as well as charters to area lighthouses.

For the past several years the Museum has brought the Keweenaw Star to Marquette during the annual Rotary West Sea Food Fest to conduct coastline cruises. Narrated by a museum staffer, the two-hour cruises have been very popular.

The Museum as scheduled the Keweenaw Star to return for 2007.
